We are happy to introduce our new feature: PGP encryption of email notifications. This feature enables an additional layer of security for your communications with Taurus by encrypting sensitive information sent to you in email notifications.
In Settings & Security scroll down to PGP Settings and simply paste your public key in the form. After submitting your key you can turn on or off the encryption functionality.

As of today Taurus is migrating its INTERAC Online services to another payment provider. INTERAC Online payments may be unavailable temporarily and an error may occur during an attempt to deposit.
The migration should be completed within two weeks.

We are pleased to announce a new way to withdraw Canadian dollars from Taurus: Cheques.
Cheques are a classic means of payment and are still widely used in commerce. Taurus issues Cheques within 2 business days and mails via Canada Post. Customers will be able to receive Cheques within 3-7 business days.
Due to INTERAC Online being a high-risk deposit method and as per the recommendations by our payment processor, all deposits will be approved manually going forward. The approval usually happens on the same day within a few hours making INTERAC Online the fastest deposit option along with cash deposits.
Please be advised that the very fist deposit is held for up to 24 hours for security reasons.
In the near future we will re-introduce automatic deposits via INTERAC Online for trusted customers.

You can also create a Coupon yourself. Pick the Coupon option on the Withdrawal page and enter the amount and the expiry date (optional). When a Coupon is created, write down or copy the code displayed. Give it to your friend so they can make an instant deposit!
You can set an expiry date for your Coupon such as 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, etc. The Coupon amount can be as low as $5 and as high as $999.99.
